Cassie Tennant, CPP is the Payroll Manager at Bayview Industries. She started working on and off in Payroll in 2005 and made payroll her career focus in 2014. She enjoys everything to do with payroll and staying current on all the different state rules and taxes. She has a passion for all things compliance and multi-state. 

Emily Tietyen, CPP

Emily Tietyen, CPP, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA is the Human Resources Manager for NEW Water in Green Bay, WI. Through various roles she has been involved in the HR and Payroll profession for over 17 years. Her experience has granted her opportunities in many industries including retail, manufacturing, bio-technology, hospitality and the public sector.

Emily earned her CPP in 2014 after participating in the Northeast Wisconsin Chapters study group. Since then, she past participated in the Chapter as a past board member, study group facilitator and statewide committee chair. Emily also serves on the PayrollOrg Social Media Committee. In addition to her CPP designation, Emily holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential, the SHRM-CP credential and her MBA from Concordia University. She has a passion for continuing education in the payroll and HR professions. She also has a passion for STEM education and serves on the Board of DIrectors for Brown County FIRST Robotics.

Corrie Sieling

Corrie Sieling is the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor for the McFarland School District.  She began her accounting career in 1993 and earned her bachelor's degree in accounting in 2011, gaining experience in both the public and private sectors. Since joining the district in 2013, she has managed all aspects of bi-weekly payroll, including compliance reporting, employee leaves, employee benefits, contracts, and accounts payable.  Corrie enjoys the fast-paced nature of payroll, staying current on compliance changes, and continually learning new responsibilities and expanding her knowledge in the field.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown sons, reading, and being outdoors.

Sara Neuman, CPP is the Accounting & Payroll Coordinator at Little Rapids Corporation in Green Bay. She began her career in 2014 in public accounting where she gained well-rounded accounting experience in payroll, accounts payable, tax compliance, and tax return preparation. While there she also attained her CPP designation and became a Chapter member. In 2018, she joined LRC where she manages the preparation and processing of multiple hourly and salaried payrolls, federal and multi-state tax compliance, and quarterly and year-end returns. She is also responsible for various accounting tasks, including freight AP and special projects. Sara strives to stay up to date on payroll compliance while always looking for process improvements. In her free time, Sara enjoys attending her kid’s many sporting events, reading, and vacationing with her family.

Melissa DeSwarte, CPP

Melissa DeSwarte, CPP is a Payroll Administrator for GetixHealth.  Through various roles, she has been involved in both the Payroll and Benefits professions for over 10 years.  In her current role, she specializes in the daily administration of payroll and compliance.  After attending her first Statewide Conference in 2016, she became a member of the Chapter in 2017.  Melissa earned her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification in 2021 after participating in the study group offered by the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter.  Melissa has system experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and Paylocity.  In her spare time, Melissa enjoys reading, singing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Danielle Neitzel, CPP

Danielle Neitzel, CPP is currently a Payroll Consultant for CESA 6 in Oshkosh WI and is serving as the Educational Leader for our payroll chapter. Danielle is no stranger to payroll, haivng spent 25+ years as a payroll specialist in many industries to working her way up to Payroll Consultant, where she works with school districts within the state of Wisconsin. She serves school districts in all aspects of payroll from answering questions, auditing to processing payroll. She provides expertise to ensure that payroll is accurate, compliant and processes are in place. By observing, auditing, questioning the processes, Danielle works with districts to streamline and create standard operating procedures (SOP's) for all payroll processes. Danielle earned her CPP certification in 2014 and has since participated in educating through the chapter's study group each year. Danielle currently serves on the Campbellsport School Board and is a lifetime member of both the National and State FFA Alumni. In her spare time, she helps on the family farm owned by her and her husband and being with her children.

Tracy Olson, CPP is a Sr Human Resources Systems Analyst with TreeHouse Foods.  In her current role as a member of the HRIS team, she supports day to day HR, benefits and payroll operations at her organization of 9,000 employees by maintaining and optimizing their HR systems.

She received her Associates degree in Accounting in 1995 and began working in the Payroll profession in 2000, earning her CPP in 2010.  Her payroll skills and aptitude for technology turned her job into a career and a career into a passion.  With her years of experience in accounting, payroll and technology, she’s made it her mission to serve her employer and their employees with efficiency and accuracy.

Kelly Seiltz

Kelly Seiltz, CPA, MBA, CPP is the Senior Payroll Manager for Generac Power Systems based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Kelly began her career in January of 2000 and spent over 8 years working in public accounting where she attained her CPA and MBA designations.  Her duties included working directly with individual and corporate clients on tax planning and managing the tax compliance process for large multi-state companies.  She specialized in benefit plans, sales and use tax, high income individual tax returns, federal income tax and multi-state income tax compliance. 

She started her career at Amcor in 2008 and then was promoted to Tax Supervisor in the Corporate Income Tax Department.  She was instrumental in transitioning the state income tax function from Minneapolis to Wisconsin and establishing the state income and sales/use tax compliance processes. Kelly also managed the international and state income tax compliance process.  In 2017, Kelly was promoted to Payroll Manager for North America and attained her FPC and CPP designations. She managed the the hourly and salaried payrolls for North America, which included 12 legal entities and approximately 14,000 employees within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. 

In 2024, Kelly transitioned her payroll career journey as the Senior Payroll Manager for Generac.  She manages the preparation and execution of Global Payroll at Generac.  Her responsibilities include leading all Payroll team members, ensuring Generac locations are compliant with company policies and government regulations, managing vendor relationships and working with various departments within Generac on special projects.
